Worldviews that do not accept differences
Race, religion, nationality, gender, age, language, culture.
In the world we live in, there are conflicts that occur simply because they are different.
Just being different is considered wrong. Can we send the next generation to such a world?

Message
What we want to create is a more “ambiguous world
I want to create a world where people can not only choose between black and white, but can also tolerate the colors and shades in between. I want to increase the number of people in the world who can tolerate this.

The action I am taking to achieve this is to put myself in an environment of different race, religion, nationality, gender, age, language, and culture, and to think together. To embody standing in the middle of opposing societies, I aim to join Doctors Without Borders and work in an international team.

Currently, we are working to create a system for farmers and beekeepers living on low incomes in Mozambique, Africa, to make a living for themselves. Understanding the concept of marketing, I am working with local farmers and beekeepers to think of ways to deliver their work not only for their own consumption but also to those who need it and get paid for it.

I came to this activity through the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers, which gave me the opportunity to get involved in international cooperation. I believe that support from developed countries to developing countries should disappear in the future. This is because the main purpose of international cooperation is diplomacy, which does not always promote the original growth of the target region. In order to create a world in which regions can find ways to grow and sustain themselves autonomously, we need opportunities for individuals to be directly involved in the future.

Through my experience in agriculture and food supply in Japan, I am doing what I can to help now. Even after I leave this region, I want to continue my relationship with the people I have met there, and I want them to know me. I would like to donate a portion of the proceeds to beekeepers who do not have the funds to invest in beehives to help them make a living on their own.

私たちの生きる世界には、それらが違っているだけで起きている争いがあります。
違っているだけで間違いとみなされる。そんな世界に次の世代を送り出せるでしょうか。

メッセージ
作りたいのはもっと「あいまいな世界」
白か黒かどちらかしか選択できないのではなく、その間の色、濃淡を許容できる世界を作りたいと思っています。それを許容できる人財を世界に増やしていきたいです。

そのために私がとっている行動は、人種、宗教、国籍、性別、年齢、言語、文化の異なる環境に身を置いて、共に考えること。対立する社会の真ん中に立つことを体現するために、国境なき医師団に参加して国際チームで働くことを目指しています。

現在は、アフリカ、モザンビークの低収入で生きる農業家や養蜂家が自ら生計を立てるための仕組みを作る活動をしています。マーケティングの概念を理解して、自家消費のための仕事だけではなく、必要な人のところに届けて対価を得るための方法を、現地の農業家、養蜂家と一緒に考える活動です。

私は青年海外協力隊を通してこの活動にたどり着いたので、国際協力に関わる機会を得ました。先進国から途上国への支援は、将来的になくなるべきだと考えています。国際間の協力は外交が主目的で、対象地域の本来の成長を促しているとは限らないからです。地域を自律的に成長させる方法を見つけて、それを持続できる世界をつくるために、これからは個人が直接かかわる機会が必要です。

日本国内の農業、食糧供給に携わってきた経験を通して、私は今の自分にできることをしています。この地を離れても、現地で出会った人々とは関係を続けたいし、知ってもらいたいと思います。売上の一部は、投資資金のない養蜂家さんに養蜂箱を贈って、自立して生計を立てていくための一助にしたいです。1人でも多くの方に関わりたいと思っていただけたら嬉しいです。
